Are you a skilled project professional with a passion for delivering impactful solutions? Human Capital Managers (HCM) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives that drive organizational success and client satisfaction.

As a Project Manager at HCM, you’ll be the driving force behind key initiatives—leading projects from kickoff to completion for both our internal teams and clients. You’ll bring people together across departments, keep timelines and budgets on track, and make sure every project delivers real value.

You’ll also work hands-on with our proprietary software, learning how it works and guiding teams through smooth, successful implementations. It’s a role that blends strategy, collaboration, and tech-savvy execution—all in a culture that values clarity, ownership, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans

Manage project execution, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet milestones

Oversee the deployment and integration of our software solutions into client operations

Develop a strong understanding of our software products to facilitate training and support

Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

Handle project crises and unexpected challenges with composure and effective decision-making

Make informed, strategic decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals

Communicate project status and updates clearly to all stakeholders

Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery

Facilitate collaboration among team members and external vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in project management, preferably within HR, tech, or consulting sectors

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively with software developers and technical teams

Demonstrated experience working with or managing software implementation projects

Technical aptitude to understand and communicate software functionalities

Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)

High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
