Director of Administration and Human Resources
As the Director of Administration and Human Resources at HCM, you will lead and oversee a broad range of strategic and operational functions that support the company’s growth, compliance, and employee experience.

Reporting & Team Structure
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees a cross-functional team including HR officers, administrative staff, and external service providers.

Tools We Use
Experience with HRIS platforms, digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack), and data analytics software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR and administrative matters, including workforce planning, policy development, and organizational structure
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems
Supervise administrative operations, including office management, procurement, logistics, and vendor relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and conflict resolution strategies
Maintain accurate HR and administrative records, including HRIS and operational documentation
Monitor key metrics and conduct audits to improve efficiency and effectiveness across HR and admin functions
Collaborate with department heads to align HR and administrative strategies with organizational objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR and administration
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities them.
