Dr. Ismail Jibrin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital Managers Ltd. (HCM), a leading technology company delivering innovative human capital development solutions. Since establishing HCM in 2019, he has spearheaded the company’s mission to optimize workforce management through technology for a better world. Under his leadership, HCM has launched proprietary platforms that streamline workforce optimization and organizational performance.

Dr. Jibrin’s career spans healthcare systems across the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria, where his expertise in Internal Medicine, Clinical Informatics, and Healthcare Quality and Management shaped his strategic approach to data-driven solutions. With a vision of empowering organizations through technology, he continues to champion initiatives that enhance performance, strengthen employee well-being, and enable sustainable growth.

Beyond HCM, Dr. Jibrin serves as Chairman of the National Emergency Medical Treatment Committee (NEMTC) and Chairman of the Gombe State Drugs and Medical Consumables Management Agency (GODMA), where he leads critical reforms to strengthen Nigeria’s healthcare infrastructure. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and an active member of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Alumni Association.

Dr. Jibrin earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Ahmadu Bello University and completed specialized training in Clinical Informatics at the Marine Biological Lab, Woods Hole, Massachusetts
