Workforce Verification & Payroll Audit
The initiative commenced with a thorough biometric workforce verification exercise, covering all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), as well as local government areas. This audit utilized advanced biometric technology to identify and eliminate ghost workers, ensuring a more accurate and efficient payroll system.

Biometric Attendance System Implementation
Following the successful verification phase, the Gombe State Government approved the implementation of TimeRite, HCM’s biometric attendance and workforce management system. This system aims to:
- Automate Attendance Tracking: Replace manual registers with real-time biometric clock-ins.
- Integrate with Payroll: Ensure payroll is based on actual attendance data.
- Improve Accountability: Provide transparent and accurate attendance records across all MDAs.
