Human Capital Managers (HCM), in partnership with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, today announced the launch of the Tracking Health Worker Productivity Project (THWPP) in Gombe state to improved healthcare delivery. This strategic initiative leverages HCM’s proprietary CureRite technology to address critical workforce challenges and enhance primary healthcare delivery across the state.
The THWPP will deploy the innovative CureRite application in 23 primary healthcare centers within the Gombe Local Government Area. CureRite captures real-time data on health worker activity, which is then visualized on an intuitive analytics dashboard. This provides healthcare administrators and state officials with unprecedented insights to optimize staff performance, forecast workforce needs, and allocate resources effectively where they are needed most.
