The Gombe State Biometric Attendance Program, launched in 2019 and powered by HCM’s proprietary attendance solution integrated with payroll, was designed to restore accountability and transparency across the state’s civil service. By eliminating ghost workers and streamlining payroll management, the system enabled real-time visibility into health worker attendance. This provide leaders with reliable data to make smarter, faster decisions about resource allocation and service delivery.
Building on this strong foundation, HCM is now leading the Tracking Health Worker Productivity Project (THWP). This project moves beyond attendance to measure and optimize real-time productivity across health facilities. By integrating advanced analytics, IoT technology, and capacity-building support, THWP helps managers allocate resources more effectively, enhance service delivery, and strengthen overall system performance.
